PROCESSING
Hyde Park is happy to make every effort to accommodate your shipping requests.
Online orders are fulfilled:
Orders received Monday - Thursday before 3PM MST are processed the same day, orders received after 3PM MST are processed the next day. Orders received after 3PM MST on Thursday - Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.
During high-volume periods an order may take 3-5 business days to process. Your order may be subject to a change in inventory that requires an item to be ordered new from a vendor. If your order is subject to an inventory change and the item cannot be fulfilled or will take over 5 business days to fulfill, Hyde Park will notify you via phone or email.
TRACKING
Tracking will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can also find your tracking information in your online account by going to Account > Orders.
If tracking is not displaying after you have received your Shipping Confirmation email, copy and paste the tracking number directly into the carriers website package tracker.
If you are still not able to successfully track your package, please contact us at orders@hpjewels.com.
SHIPMENT METHOD
Online orders are eligible for Two-Day Complimentary Shipping or Overnight Shipping for an additional fee. Shipping times are exclusive from Processing times.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Direct signature will be required on all orders. Delivery windows can be between 7am-10pm. Please note that once an item is signed for (physically or verbally) either by the customer or other authorized receiver (doorman, leasing office, assistant, receptionist, family member, etc.) at the provided shipping address, Hyde Park Jewelers is no longer liable for lost or missing items.
Hyde Park is happy to provide a proof of delivery document for all orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
Return/exchange eligibility:
Returns on all pre-owned and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned merchandise are available within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Returns on Rolex Certified Pre-Owned merchandise are subject to a $500 restocking fee.
Returns on all other merchandise are available within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Exchanges on all other merchandise are available within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. All Sale or Special Price items are sold as is and are considered final sale. Sale items are not eligible for special order, refund or exchange.
All products must be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been specially ordered, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.), worn or abused will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All gifts with purchase must be returned with products that are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products that are incompletely returned. Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing materials are subject to an additional restocking fee of 5% up to $75.00.
Make A Return
Returns are subject to the above stated Return Policy.
1. Login to your Hyde Park Jewelers account. Navigate to Orders.
2. Find the order with the item(s) you would like to return. On the right, notice the order status. Note that if the 'Return Items?' link is not displayed, your order will not be eligible for return.

Once you have registered your return in your online account, please package and ship the item(s) to:

Be sure to include all original packaging, boxes, tags, warranty cards, and gifts with purchase. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
Insure Your Package
Refer to your packing slip. If the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
More than $500: Ship your package via USPS Registered Mail™, insured for the total retail value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
Hyde Park Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Return Received by Hyde Park
Once received, the returned product will be quality checked to ensure there is no wear & tear and all documents and packaging been received. Hyde Park reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that shows signs of wear, has been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged in any way.
If your return is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed same day. Please note, the availability of funds will depend on your banking institution or how you paid. The processing time for refunds financed through Affirm is between 10 - 14 days.
