At your curbside pickup time, head to the designated area of the shopping center for curbside pickup where you will find the Hyde Park curbside service sign. Once you have arrived please call the store phone number to speak with a staff member who can verify your purchase and vehicle description. Once your purchase is verified our staff will deliver your purchase to your vehicle.
Please be sure to have your driver’s license or other form of photo identification.
How we are providing a safe shopping experience for everyone
All staff are required to wear a face covering and gloves at all times. We do temperature checks on staff daily to ensure everyone's safety.
Upon entry all guests are asked to sanitize their hands. All guests are required to comply with public health ordinaces and wear a mask. We will be providing masks to clients for while they are in the store if needed.
Rest assured we are sanitizing around the clock.
Merchandise is cleaned and disinfected after each presentation and always handled with gloves.
Our store is routinely professionally disinfected and goes through a multi-step disinfection routine by our staff multiple times a day.
To ensure we are all social distancing and always remaining 6 feet apart we are limting the capacity of our sales staff and guests in the store.
We welcome guests in the store to try on or purchase product and will be delighted to serve you.
We also encourage guests to use our virtual appointments as we have found they are helpful in prelimary points of your shopping experience. Appointments and curbside pickup are excellent ways to decrease the amount of exposure for everyone.
