We are offering curbside services, private in-store appointments, Zoom/FaceTime appointments and online shopping so that we provide the service and convenience you need. In addition, our staff is here to assist you via telephone, text and email.

We have been working hard to make updates to our store and curbside service to ensure the way we serve you to keeps everyone healthy. While our new in-store experience may look a little different, it is for the continued safety of our clients and staff and in compliance with CDC guidelines. Some of the updates include:

•Hand sanitizer is readily available for all.

We will be providing masks to clients for while they are in the store.

All staff are required to wear a face covering and gloves at all times.

Merchandise is cleaned and disinfected after each presentation and always handled with gloves.

Our store has been professionally disinfected and goes through a multi-step disinfection routine multiple times a day.

All staff are temperature checked daily.

• Ensuring social distancing and always remaining 6 feet apart.

We are limiting the number of clients in the store at once.

During these uncertain times, we want to continue supporting our clients to celebrate life's special occasions, even if we can't physically be with those who mean the most to us. With spring weddings, graduations, mother's and father's day, birthdays and more all in the coming months there is still so much for us to celebrate!

Therefore, it is with great excitement that we announce the opening of Hyde Park's curbside pickup and delivery service now-available at all of our store & boutique locations.

The health, safety and security of our staff, clients and communities is essential and you can be certain that we will serve you in a safe, secure and reliable manner.

You can provide payment over the phone in advance of your appointment, for faster service. 

At your appointment time, drive to the designated area of the shopping center for curbside pickup and look for the Hyde Park curbside service sign.  

Call the store phone number to let us know you have arrived.  

Our staff member will ask for information including your name and description of your car.

Please stay in your car with all the window rolled up except the passenger side.

We will walk outside and assist you from the passenger side of your car, always remaining 6 feet away. 

For service item pickup, please be sure to have driver’s license identification. 

If you prefer, pop your trunk and we will place your bag in the trunk.

Please note that due to the current government regulations surrounding business operations related to Covid-19, our shipping and fulfillment time has been affected. Orders placed for overnight service which cannot be fulfilled for such, may be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement. Curbside pickup is also available for online orders upon request.
