Return/Exchange Policy and Procedure
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry
purchase. If, within 15 days after receipt of your
purchase you are not completely satisfied, return it for a
full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions
asked. Your purchase may be exchanged for up to 30
days. All products should be returned in the original
state they were received. Products that have been specially
ordered, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.) or abused will not
be accepted for refunds. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of
record, and in the exact method of original payment.
All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned
with products that are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to
products that are not returned with the free gift.
Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing
materials are subject to a restocking fee of 5%, not to exceed
$75.00.
How To Prepare Your Return
To return a purchase to Hyde Park, please follow these simple
steps:
- Obtain Return Authorization Code. All returns
must be initiated by first contacting us by email.
Click here to complete this first step. A return authorization
number will be provided via email after you complete the online
return request form.
- Package Your Return. Once you have received
your return authorization number, you may ship your item back to
Hyde Park. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that
certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250
replacement cost. Indicate your return authorization code on the
outside of the package.
- Insure Your Package. Refer to your invoice. If
the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any
carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a
return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its
destination.*
- More than $500: Ship your package via US
Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total retail value
of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that
your shipment has reached its destination.* (FedEx® and UPS® will
not insure merchandise over $500.)
* Hyde Park will not be responsible for loss or damage of return
shipments.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your
refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon
receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality
Assurance Department. Please not that items showing signs of
wear or those that have been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged
in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Hyde Park
return authorization code, and packages that are improperly
packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
