JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hyde Park is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant who will execute a portfolio of digital media services for our growing digital audience. As a member of our marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Digital Marketing Manager and lead the social media strategy, e-mail design & development and website image assets for the department. Your duties will include managing digital image assets, updating products and other content for the website (photography and descriptions), facilitating and processing website sales, managing data feeds and utilizing analytics software to develop comprehensive reporting.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:‚Äč

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with creating and managing image assets for website, email and marketing. Includes in-house product photography, image retouching coordination, writing product descriptions, measurements, image resizing and deployment to the website.
  • Lead Social Media strategy, management and execution on all social channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and blog. Must the social media expert with a strong understanding of each platform & digital best practices.
  • Manage Email Marketing Planning, Design and Execution with agency, web developers and marketing and merchandising teams to ensure creative synergy and timely execution.
  • Track the growth and impact of digital marketing campaigns, social media postings and website content on a weekly and monthly basis. Analyze report and provide insight and recommendations to management.
  • Manage data feeds to ensure proper inventory, classification and pricing on the website.
  • Assist with department PR duties including pulling product for photo shoots and providing product descriptions, press inquiries and writing promotional copy.
  • Facilitate website inquiries and orders with strong customer service and vendor relations
  • Assist in ongoing maintenance of customer loyalty program, including monthly audits and Opt Out maintenance.
  • Assist customers in-store during special events and holidays along with marketing department
  • Provide Customer Service for online customers including order fulfillment, email inquiries and phone inquiries.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years related work experience
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, Exact Target experience preferred and strong eye for design
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop for layout and design work beyond photo correction
  • Experience with content management systems and understanding of data management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, some experience with Adobe programs preferred
  • Understanding of Online Media, Email Marketing and Social Media Strategy. Ability to conduct web-based research.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills with phone and email experience. Experience managing vendor, agency and customer relationships a plus
  • Strong writing skills, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.  Blog experience a plus.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent record keeping and file management.
  • Experience with product and lifestyle photography a plus.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and be creative in all aspects
  • Strong team player with a great work ethic and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at a swift pace. Willingness to problem-solve and make decisions.
  • Passion for fashion industry and basic knowledge of jewelry/watch is a plus

SALES SPECIALIST - Denver, CO (Cherry Creek Shopping Center)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Can you develop relationships with people?  High-energy retail sales professional needed at Hyde Park Jewelers, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, to sell jewelry, diamonds and watches. Hyde Park Jewelers is one of the leading luxury jewelers in the nation.   We carry designer jewelry; loose diamonds, bridal and over 20 fine Swiss watch lines.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Inside retail sales of jewelry, diamonds and watches.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FULL & PART TIME) - Denver, CO (Cherry Creek Shopping Center)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Employee is responsible for serving as the primary coordinator and contact between sales, customers, goldsmiths, watch repairmen and vendors, ensuring all customer information is accurately and timely communicated.  Employee is responsible for accepting receipt of and dispensing watches and jewelry in need of repair.  Employee remains in constant communication with customers, keeping them updated on the status of repairs. Interacts with customers in a manner which creates a feeling of comfort and confidence. Full and part-time positions are available.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Receives jewelry items needing repair from customers.
  • Enters estimates into computer system.
  • Notifies customers of timely estimates and cost of shipping, insurance and handling charges.
  • Regularly communicates by phone or in person with customers, vendors and other store personnel as to the status and charges associated with jewelry repair items.
  • Listens to customer concerns, complaints or problems and takes appropriate action to relieve or eliminate the issue and when necessary involves management.
  • Maintains a variety of files, including copies of job bags, shipping records and other related reports/records.
  • Notifies customer of any delays for any reason regarding completion date.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.

 

EXPERIENCE:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Employee is responsible for generating revenue by selling exclusively Omega timepieces.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

 

  • Welcomes customers and assists them in the selection of their purchases by determining and meeting the customer’s needs.
  • Assists customers with sales related services, such as sizing and settings.
  • Listens to customer concerns, complaints or problems and takes appropriate action to relieve or eliminate the issue and when necessary involves management.
  • Corresponds with customers and sends appraisals and thank-you notes after purchases.
  • Monitors/Tracks special orders, repairs and other customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail at the customer's convenience.
  • Sets up showcases, arranges display windows and accurately counts products contained therein.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Ability to establish good rapport with customers and develop an understanding of their needs.
  • Ability to acquire complete knowledge of the entire Omega timepiece collection specializing in technical, historical, features and benefits.
